Documents to provide

These documents will be requested by email once the form has been completed and paid, in response to the order confirmation. Documents must be legible, so you can compare them to your manually entered data. Minors must provide the same documents as adults, as well as an exit permit signed by both legal guardians and a copy of their identity card.

🇨🇦 For travellers of Canadian nationality, documents must be scanned (not photographed).

These documents must be sent once the form has been completed, via the secure link reminded in the confirmation email.

Travel document

A colour scan of the main page of the passport (all passports) or travel document. 

The passport/document must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure from Cameroon.

Please provide the copy in colour, sharp.

Transportation

A copy of the reservation confirmation nominative of a return flight between the travelers' country of origin and an airport in Cameroon, even if it involves transits.

Accommodation

Only for people non-originating from Cameroon

A hotel reservation for the duration of the stay or a accommodation certificate legalized, issued by the person who will accommodate the traveler.

Vaccine

A copy of the certificate of vaccination against yellow fever for each traveler.

Proof of address

A proof of address for each traveler in his country of origin, necessarily including the name of the traveler. For minors or accommodated people, provide a accommodation certificate.

Birth certificate

Birth certificate Or family record book for all travelers applying, regardless of the age of the document.

Old visa

If travelers have already been to Cameroon, provide a copy of theold visa, whether electronic or physical (in the passport).
